How to delete your account

You can request deletion of your 7Lynx account at any time by sending us an email with the details below.

Steps to request account deletion

1. Send an email to our support address with the subject “Account deletion request”.
2. In the email, include the email address of the account you want to delete and, if possible, any additional information we might need to identify your account.
3. We will confirm your identity and process the deletion request within a reasonable time.

What happens to your data?

Your profile data and account-related content will be permanently deleted or anonymised where possible.

Data we may need to keep

• Billing and invoice data that we must store for legal or tax reasons.
• Technical logs that may be stored for a limited period for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

We keep only the minimum necessary data and only for as long as required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.
